I started the private funding academy in 2018. Since then we have helped almost 600 people learn to make private loans or become good borrowers. In the twenty five years I've been a real estate attorney and investor, I've worked with hundreds of investors and lenders to make sure they create a good product to lend and and a good product to receive the loan.

With this new generation of training, we decided to leave the "academy" behind and embrace the new world of private funding. Instead of static training, we have established a community to help with borrowers and deals in real time.
